Hello there! I'm Melissa, Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Vitality Health and Wellness.

I’m happy to help you look at the areas of your health that are roadblocks to your wellness goals. I’d love to partner with you to develop an evidence based treatment plan that targets your root cause of “dis-ease” in the body. 


Everyone deserves the opportunity to have their health looked at in a comprehensive way. I believe that functional medicine should be affordable and accessible to everyone. I don’t want you to get discouraged by the term functional medicine as this does not have to mean hundreds of dollars in very expensive non-insurance covered laboratory tests or expensive exams. 
 


I have found over the years that the most powerful insight that I can gain as a provider is from you, the patient. Your insight into your body and your intuition into what’s going on is often the key to the solution. It is my philosophy that I treat you as a whole and not just a diagnosis or number on your lab report.
